We urgently need Social Media Moderators for our state-specific Facebook groups to help raise awareness and bring missing loved ones home.
As a moderator, you will:
Time Commitment: Flexible — about 3–10 hours per week
Requirements: Facebook account & a heart ready to make a difference!

We are seeking passionate and reliable Volunteer Awareness Case Managers to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with families of the missing and our volunteer team to amplify awareness efforts and manage online campaigns designed to bring missing loved ones home. This is a chance to be part of a committed team working together for families in their most difficult times.

The Case Coordinator plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in our advocacy process. This volunteer supports our Case Managers by ensuring each new submission moves efficiently through our intake process and that resolved cases are properly closed and documented.
This role requires confidentiality, professionalism, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Experience in nonprofit work, case management, victim advocacy, or administrative support is helpful but not required.

What This Role Means
The Case Coordinator ensures families are supported efficiently and respectfully from the moment they reach out.
By strengthening our internal systems, this role allows our Case Managers to focus on direct family support, search coordination, and advocacy. This position may be ideal for someone who:
The Graphic Design Team Member creates missing person flyers and awareness graphics that are clear, professional, and emotionally impactful. This role is critical to amplifying cases across social media, print distribution, digital billboards, and partner networks.
Designers work closely with our intake and case management teams to ensure accuracy and consistency with our brand standards.
Experience in nonprofit design, advocacy work, or trauma-informed environments is a plus but not required.
