The Heart Behind the Search

-Founder and Executive Director-

A Credentialed Victim Advocate dedicated to supporting families of the missing. With extensive experience in advocacy, case coordination, research, and social media marketing, Rhonda works tirelessly to ensure that every missing person receives visibility and that families are never left to navigate the search alone. She is also a founding member of the Arizona Missing Children’s Task Force and continues to build partnerships that expand resources, awareness, and support across communities.

Candice Cooley is the founder of Dylan's Legacy, created in honor of her son, who was tragically murdered in 2022. As Program Director of Family Support, Candice brings firsthand experience and unwavering dedication to assisting families of missing persons. Through a strong partnership, both organizations work together to provide comprehensive support, resources, and advocacy for families in crisis.

-Senior Case Manager-

From the small town of Superior, Arizona, Amelia joined MIA in 2025.  Driven by a deep passion for helping others, she advocates for those without a voice. With a 15-year background in medical assisting, clinical supervision, and social work case management, she has worked with individuals facing challenges from homelessness to health disparities. A newly published author, mental health advocate, and avid hiker, Amy uses her personal resilience and professional expertise to inspire hope, promote change, and stand beside those who need it most.

-Design Team Lead- 

 Munchie is a passionate graphic and web designer with over 40 years of self-taught experience. An avid animal lover, Munchie started out by searching for missing pets. Designing flyers for missing people just kind of fell into her lap 3 years ago and now dedicates a portion of her time to volunteering her graphic design services that raise awareness about missing persons and human trafficking in the United States. In addition to design, she enjoys crocheting and enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.

Monica joined MIA in 2025 and helps advocate for missing person cases, driven by a deep passion to bring loved ones home. With a background in research, graphic design, editing, and technology, she uses her diverse skill set to create impactful awareness campaigns through creative visual content. She strives to shed light on cases, raising awareness and empowering communities to take action. Her commitment to helping others is reflected in her seeking innovative ways to create public outreach and substantial awareness.

Missing Persons Digital Displays powered by Trenda Outdoor Advertising is proud to partner with Missing In America Network to help bring missing loved ones home. Through this collaboration, missing person posters are displayed on digital screens inside retail locations and restaurants across Arizona, reaching everyday community members where they live, shop, and dine. This innovative use of high-traffic digital displays expands awareness beyond traditional channels, creating more eyes, more tips, and more hope for families searching for answers.

The Phillips Law Foundation is dedicated to making a difference beyond the courtroom by supporting vital community initiatives. Through philanthropy, advocacy, and outreach, they provide resources to organizations that help those in need. Their commitment to social responsibility is evident in their efforts to raise awareness for missing persons, support local charities, and assist families facing hardships.

Devin and the Missing is a TikTok awareness show created by Devin, whose own mother is missing. Through her platform, Devin channels her personal journey into advocacy, offering support, visibility, and hope for other families facing the same heartbreak. Each show brings attention to missing persons cases, amplifies family voices, and reminds communities that every missing loved one deserves to be found.
