David Robinson
-KEYNOTE SPEAKER-
David Robinson is the father of missing geologist Daniel Robinson, who disappeared in June 2021 in Buckeye, Arizona. Since that day, David has dedicated his life to searching for his son and advocating for families of the missing. He has led countless volunteer searches in the Arizona desert, organized community awareness campaigns, and worked tirelessly to ensure that Daniel’s case — and others like it — receive the attention and urgency they deserve. Through his determination and advocacy, David has become a powerful voice for families facing the unimaginable, bringing national awareness to the struggles and needs of those with missing loved ones. His story is one of resilience, faith, and unwavering love, and he continues to inspire others never to give up hope.
Representative Khyl Powell
-FEATURED GUEST SPEAKER-
Arizona State Representative Khyl Powell serves District 14 and is a strong advocate for community safety and support for vulnerable populations. With a background in law enforcement, business ownership, and public service, he brings decades of leadership experience to the Arizona Legislature. Representative Powell sponsored House Bill 2894, which transformed Arizona’s Silver Alert into the Seek and Find Alert System (SAFE Alert), expanding protections for missing individuals with cognitive challenges and ensuring faster law enforcement response. He also serves as Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
