Help us secure local and national sponsors to support the event. This includes reaching out to businesses, sending thank-you notes, and keeping a simple sponsorship tracking sheet up to date.
Collect raffle prize donations from local businesses and supporters, help organize them into baskets or displays, and prepare materials for our raffle table. Coordinate raffle tickets and drawings on the night of the event.
Work closely with our founder and the planning committee stay organized by tracking action items, managing a shared checklist, and helping with follow-up emails or meeting notes.
Coordinate with other nonprofit organizations that would like to send brochures or handouts to be displayed at our shared resource table during the event.
Design and distribute marketing materials promoting this family support event.
Coordinate attendance in advance of the event and assist families on the night of the event.
Welcome our guests as they arrive and help them to their seats in the theatre.
On day of event: Set up and take down tables, raffle items, decorations, displays as needed.
