At Missing in America Network, we know that prevention and healing are deeply connected. That’s why we focus not only on helping families in crisis but also on stopping the cycle before it begins.
We provide educational resources, workshops, and story-based workbooks designed to help teens and their families talk openly about the dangers of running away, online exploitation, and trafficking. These tools encourage honest conversations and help youth explore safer choices, support systems, and long-term goals—giving them a reason to stay connected and safe.
But education is only part of the equation. For families already facing the trauma of a missing loved one, we offer peer-led support groups that provide a compassionate space to share their experiences, process grief, and find community. These groups help reduce isolation by connecting people who truly understand what it's like to live with unanswered questions and ongoing fear.
Our support groups are led by trained volunteers—many of whom have lived experience—and meet regularly online and in person. Whether you need a listening ear, practical advice, or simply a moment to breathe, these groups are a place to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Together, we work to educate, empower, and uplift every family—because healing begins when we stand together.

Every time you share a missing child’s flyer, you become part of the search. You help amplify their story, widen the reach, and increase the chances that someone, somewhere, will recognize them.
