candlelight Prayer vigil for emily pike

          Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6:30 pm

Join us as we come together in love, hope, and prayer to honor the life of Emily Pike.

          Encounter AZ
          1718 N Mesa Drive, Mesa, AZ 85201

Candles will be provided—please bring a lighter.

We stand in solidarity with Three Precious Miracles to honor Emily with love, respect, and cultural tradition through prayers, storytelling, and songs. Embracing the strength of Native culture, we seek healing, strength, and unity for our community.

          IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Due to an overwhelming response, we have made the following arrangements:
The Sanctuary will be reserved for Emily's family, friends, and teachers.
Additional outdoor space with speakers will be available.
The service will also be live-streamed on the Encounter AZ website and Facebook page.

          Parking Notice:
Parking is limited. If parking on side streets, please be mindful not to block driveways or fire hydrants.

MEDIA UPDATE: The San Carlos Apache Tribe has requested that the media not contact or approach Emily Pike’s family directly. The family has asked that media representatives stage outside the building alongside the community.

          A Message of Peace:
This vigil is a space for prayer, song, and remembrance. We ask that all attendees respect this intention—this is not a space for protests.

          Supporting Emily’s Family:
Donations of food items for Emily’s funeral ad travel expenses will be accepted during the vigil:
Flour, beans, noodles, oil, water, coffee, creamer, pastries
          Paper plates/bowls, plastic utensils
          Gift cards & gas cards

MEALTRAIN available for additional donations for the family.

Let’s come together to honor Emily’s life with love, respect, and unity.

          May 31 - June 2. 2024

Partnering with Dylan's Legacy, we are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you to join us at Crime Con Booth S12 for an engaging and crucial discussion about supporting families of missing persons.

At our booth, you'll have the opportunity to meet the dedicated team from Dylan's Legacy & Missing In America Network, who are committed to providing education, awareness, resources, and advocating for essential legislation to aid families facing the unimaginable ordeal of having a loved one go missing.

We believe that every missing person is more than just a statistic—they are someone's child, parent, sibling, or friend. Their absence leaves an indelible void in the lives of those who care for them. That's why we're passionate about coming together as a community to address this issue and provide support where it's needed most.

At our booth, you'll have the chance to:

•Learn about the work of Missing In America Network & Dylan's Legacy and how they're making a difference in the lives of families affected by missing persons cases.

•Participate in informative discussions about the challenges faced by families of missing persons and the various ways we can offer assistance, including education, awareness campaigns, and access to resources.

Together, we can make a meaningful impact and provide hope to those who are searching for answers. Your support and participation are invaluable as we strive to create a safer and more compassionate world for all.

Let's stand together and make a difference!
